Nagpur to Remain a Key Hub
XSIO already has an established presence in Nagpur, including Park One and Park One North along the Samruddhi Expressway, Park Two at Linga on NH-53/Amravati Road and Park Three at Additional Butibori MIDC. The company also has an in-city logistics park at Wardhaman Nagar.
Ashish Agrawal, Managing Director, XSIO Industrial Parks, said the company is expanding its footprint across Maharashtra while continuing to build on its investments in Nagpur and Mumbai.
For the employment market, the proposed expansion could create demand across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, engineering, operations and related support functions.
The actual number and timing of jobs will depend on the development and commissioning of the proposed projects.
The announcement adds to Maharashtra’s growing pipeline of industrial, manufacturing and logistics investments, with Nagpur continuing to feature in XSIO’s expansion plans.
