Redcliffe Labs Appoints Vijay T. S. as Chief People Officer

Rapid-growth diagnostic healthcare provider Redcliffe Labs announced the appointment of Vijay T. S. as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).

An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Vijay steps into the role with more than 28 years of leadership experience across vital operational landscapes, including healthcare, edtech, technology, manufacturing, and global business environments. 

At Redcliffe Labs, he will directly steer the company’s comprehensive people strategy—orchestrating talent acquisition, leadership development, workplace culture, performance excellence, and long-term organizational capability.

A Proven Track Record in Scale-Building

Vijay’s career is defined by major milestones in human resources transformation, corporate restructuring, and change management. 

Most recently, he served as the CPO at CureBay, designing leadership hiring frameworks and performance structures targeted at establishing clinical networks across rural India.

Prior to his tenure at CureBay, Vijay spent nearly eight years as the Managing Director (India) for the student-focused digital learning platform Chegg, where he successfully spearheaded massive operations and human capital scaling. 

His foundational career includes senior, transformative human resource positions at global heavyweights like DuPont, Birlasoft, and Hyundai Motor India.

Redcliffe Labs Aligning People Strategy with Preventive Healthcare

The executive appointment coincides with Redcliffe Labs expanding its clinical footprint.

The company has already delivered diagnostic services to more than 1 crore (10 million) customers across 220+ cities, utilizing a network of over 80 advanced labs and 4,000+ pincodes.

Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO of Redcliffe Labs, noted that building an agile, high-performance organization remains an absolute corporate priority.

This focus is essential as the company continues to expand.

Aditya stated that Vijay’s deep operational depth across diverse industries makes him an invaluable asset to the executive team.
