SYSTRA India Appoints Renu Bohra as Chief HR Officer

SYSTRA India has appointed Renu Bohra as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the company’s human resources strategy across India operations.

Her responsibilities will include talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and company culture programs.

Renu will also support hiring and people initiatives as SYSTRA India expands its infrastructure, rail, and urban mobility business across the country.

Extensive Experience

Renu has close to 30 years of experience in human resources, talent planning, employee growth, and company culture across engineering, logistics, manufacturing, and government-linked organizations.

Before joining SYSTRA India, she worked as CHRO at National Engineering Industries Ltd. from January 2024 to March 2026. In that role, she led HR programs focused on workforce planning, leadership skills, and company performance.

Earlier, she spent more than 13 years at DB Schenker. She held several senior HR positions, including Chief People Officer, Senior Director HR, and Director – Human Resources. Her work included change management, employee relations, HR support, and staff capability programs.

She also worked with Blue Star Limited as Deputy General Manager HR for North and East India operations. In addition, she held HR roles at HSCC (India) Limited and Bharat Aluminium Company Limited.

Renu Bohra brings a strong academic and professional background with qualifications in mathematics, computer science, strategy, counseling, organizational development, and executive coaching from leading institutions including JNU, IIT Roorkee, IIM Calcutta, ISABS, and NeuroLeadership Institute.
