The new centre will help businesses develop and deploy AI solutions for areas including productivity, innovation and data analysis.

It is the ninth Gemini Experience Center set up by TCS globally and the second in Latin America. TCS opened its first centre in the region in São Paulo, Brazil, in December 2025.

Centre to Support Enterprise AI Use

The Mexico City centre is located at TCS’ office and will give organisations an environment to explore and develop AI applications for business operations.

TCS said it has built more than 3,000 industry- and context-aware AI agents using Gemini Enterprise. These agents are designed to work with customer environments and support different enterprise requirements.

TCS has also developed specialised agents for sectors and business areas including consumer products, retail, travel, transportation and hospitality.

The company has been expanding its work with Google Cloud to help businesses move AI applications from testing to wider business use.

In April 2026, TCS announced an expanded partnership with Google Cloud focused on helping enterprises adopt AI-based operating models.

AI Applications Across Business Functions

At the Mexico City launch, TCS showcased several applications aimed at solving specific business problems.

These included intelligent process assessment, fraud investigation for financial institutions, automated insurance claims processing and generative AI-based data acceleration.

The applications are aimed at areas where companies can use AI to analyse information, automate routine processes and support employees in making business decisions.

The new centre also adds to TCS’ growing network of Gemini Experience Centers across different markets. The company has been opening such centres with Google Cloud to allow customers to test and develop industry-specific AI applications.

TCS and Google Cloud are expected to continue expanding this network as more companies look to move beyond small AI trials and use the technology in day-to-day business operations.
