MetLife GCC Ropes In HSBC’s Dimple Kaloya as Chief HR Officer

MetLife Global Capability Centers (MGCC) has appointed Dimple Kaloya as its Chief Human Resources Officer.

As CHRO, Dimple will be responsible for the entire people & culture function at MGCC, supporting its workforce, talent, organisational development and HR priorities across the global capability centre.
Extensive Experience
Dimple brings around 24 years of experience across HR, consulting, talent and research roles.
Before joining MetLife, she spent about seven years at HSBC, where she most recently served as Head – Human Resources for Global Service Centers India and Group Functions GSC HTCs. She earlier worked as Senior Vice President and Head of HR Consulting for HSBC Global Services and Technology Centers.

Before HSBC, Dimple spent over two years with EY’s People Advisory Services, working on HR transformation, organisation design, people analytics and talent programmes across financial services, pharmaceuticals and energy.
She spent about seven years with Aon across Sydney, Dubai and India in Talent, Performance and Capability. Her work focused on workforce insights, talent and performance.
Earlier, she was a Manager at WNS Global Services for nearly four years, working on employee engagement and Salesforce effectiveness for a GlaxoSmithKline client.
She began her career at S&P Global Market Intelligence, spending about four years as a Senior Research Associate covering global private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

Dimple holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Master’s in HRM from Annamalai University.
