MetricStream appoints Neha Srivastava as Senior Vice President- Human Resources, and member of the senior leadership team.

In her new role, Neha will lead MetricStream’s global people strategy, partnering with the leadership team to strengthen organizational capability, enhance operational efficiency, and enable scalable growth across global operations.

Extensive Experience

Neha brings nearly 20 years of experience in building and growing organizations in fast-moving and complex business environments.

She has worked in leadership roles at LeadSquared, HighRadius, TTS:IO, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Bombay Stock Exchange. During her career, she has led people and culture programs, supported organizational growth, strengthened leadership teams, and helped create strong workplace cultures.

She is known for connecting talent strategy with business goals and delivering clear results. Her work includes growing teams across regions, improving productivity, and raising employee satisfaction, including a major increase in HR NPS.
