Her earlier stints include working with Mercedes-Benz Silver Arrows, Mercedes-Benz-Trinity Motors, Lovely Professional University, SIM Technologies Pvt Ltd, Intralearn Software Corp., and TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

She holds her Doctorate in HR from Rushford Business School and completed her MBA-HR from NIMS – National Institute Of Management Solutions.
