V Krishnan has joined Havells as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective February 2021. In his new role, he will be responsible for the entire gamut of Human Resources.

Krishnan has over 3-decades of experience in human resources and having capabilities in Business Partnering across industries; with Indian multinationals and MNCs, covering Human Capital Management, Business Processes, Quality, Knowledge Management, and IT Enablement, with organizations like Dabur, Whirlpool, Xerox, and Eicher.

Krishan is an engineering graduate from Aligarh Muslim University and holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi.
