Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL)- Hira Group has appointed Sanjay Gupta as Chief Human Resources Officer.

He has over 24 years of rich experience in human resources which includes Leading Organizational Change Management, Cultural Transformation, Organization Restructuring, Driving P&L and FTE Combination Analytics for Productivity Enhancement, Shared Services Integration, and Organization Development.

He has worked with industry and leading consulting organizations and has worked extensively with founders, CXOs, and the Board of Directors. Prior to Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) – Hira Group, Sanjay was associated with Torrent Power as Head HR – Agra Operations.

Previously, he was associated with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Pvt. Ltd., PricewaterhouseCoopers, CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, Reliance Energy Limited (BRPL, Delhi DISCOMs), and NATIONAL PRODUCTIVITY COUNCIL.

Sanjay holds Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from AIP, Productivity Council, Chennai, and Bachelor in Technology from Regional Engineering College, Jalandhar.
