RJ Corp gets ex-Mahindra Group’s Rajeshwar Tripathi as Group CHRO

RJ Corp, a conglomerate excelling in beverages, food, healthcare, and retail has appointed Rajeshwar Tripathi as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.

Rajeshwar took LinkedIn and said, “Starting a New Inning……Happy to share that I joined RJ Corp as Group CHRO. Looking forward to exciting times ahead.”

With nearly 4 decades of HR experience, he has led large-scale projects involving Acquisition & Mergers including in International Geographies, complex Change Management, Organization Restructuring, and Culture Building Initiatives.

Before joining RJ Corp, he was associated with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business) as Chief Human Resources Officer- Automotive & Farm Sectors. In this role, he was Global HR Head for the Automotive and Farm Sectors of Mahindra.

Rajeshwar has been an eminent member of Apex Business and Strategy Councils in Mahindra including the Group Executive Board (GEB) and a member on the board of a few Companies within the group. He also chaired the Diversity Council and Employee Relations Council for Mahindra Group.

Rajeshwar has been awarded the CXO Award by the World Auto Forum, under the HR CXO category. Before being with Mahindra, Rajeshwar worked with Eicher Motors Ltd. as the Head of Human Resources for the Commercial Vehicle Business.

His earlier stints include organizations such as Jindal SAW Pipes, Steel Authority of India (SAIL), and Cement Corporation of India (CCI)

He holds a PG in PM&IR (Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations) from Xavier Institute of Social Service.

RJ Corp is a diversified conglomerate in India, founded by Ravi Jaipuria. It operates in various sectors including food and beverages, quick-service restaurants, dairy products, and healthcare.
