TIL Limited gets Shamita Nandi as Chief Human Resources Officer

A part of the Gainwell Group and one of the leading providers of a wide range of infrastructure equipment, TIL Limited has appointed Shamita Nandi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

She is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working across industries including manufacturing, Consulting, Financial Services, etc.

She excels in HR with expertise in Management, Leadership, Recruiting, OD, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and Project Management.

Before TIL Limited, Shamita held HR leadership roles at Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited. Her earlier stints include working with Mjunction Services Ltd, Barclays, Ernst & Young, The Timken Company, and Hewlett Packard.

She is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service and completed his Bachelor of Science from St. Xavier’s College.
