AICTE Opens Six-Week Virtual AI/ML Internship, Apply by Aug 10

AICTE, in partnership with MainCrafts Technologies has announced a six-week virtual internship in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) for students and freshers across India.

The internship will begin immediately, with the next batch scheduled to start in the second week of August 2026.

The internship is work-from-home and does not offer a stipend. Candidates can apply until August 10, 2026. There are six openings for the programme.

What the Internship Offers

According to the programme details, selected interns will work on live projects related to AI/ML and gain practical experience through assigned tasks.

Mentors will guide participants during the internship, while interns will also be required to submit short reports to track their learning and progress.

The programme is open to candidates from any educational background and specialisation, provided they have relevant skills and interest in the field. Candidates must be available for the full six-week duration.

Certificate and Other Benefits

Participants who complete this AICTE Internship will receive a Certificate of Internship and a Letter of Recommendation. The programme can also be used to meet college academic internship requirements, subject to the respective institution’s rules.

Top-performing interns may receive ₹1,000 and a Letter of Recommendation. Candidates will also receive an official offer letter after successful enrolment.

Applicants are required to submit their resumes and complete the application process through the AICTE Internship portal.

The company has also stated that interns may receive information about relevant workshops and training programmes during the engagement.
