Founded by Rohit Jain and Anirudh Swarnkar who are from IIT-Mumbai, the Mumbai-based bootstrapped start-up plans to hire 1,00,000 women trainers in the next 5 years.

Rohit Jain, Co-Founder, and CEO of uFaber Edutech said. “Our bet on hyper-personalized learning with trainers at the centre of it is paying off, as the pandemic forced the shift to online/virtual learning, parents are seeking learning options beyond the curriculum for their children, and they find the value of an expert trainer personally coaching their child quite appealing.”
