The integration is designed to help organisations connect employee data and recognition activities across the two platforms.

It uses standard Workday platform APIs to transfer worker data from Workday to Vantage Circle and send recognition information from Vantage Circle back to Workday, where it appears in Workday Anytime Feedback.

Key Features of the Integration

  • Automatic employee data updates: Changes made in Workday, including new hires, employee updates, terminations, departments and positions, can be automatically transferred to the company.
  • Recognition visibility in Workday: Recognition events created through Vantage Circle, including badges and multi-user recognitions, are synchronised with Workday Anytime Feedback.
  • Simplified setup: The integration follows a configuration-only approach and does not require Workday Studio or Workday Extend.

According to Vantage Circle, the solution supports an initial full data load followed by ongoing daily updates, helping organisations keep employee and recognition data synchronised.

Nikhil Norula, Head of Americas at Vantage Circle said, “This integration helps bring recognition closer to the flow of work by connecting employee data and recognition activity across Workday and Vantage Circle.”

He added that keeping employee data current and making recognition visible through Workday Anytime Feedback can help HR teams, managers and employees work with more connected recognition workflows.

The integration is designed for organisations across industries and geographies. It supports multiple languages, including English, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, French, Turkish, Persian, German, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Bahasa and Hungarian.

The company said more information about the integration is available through the Workday Marketplace, which provides access to solutions developed by Workday and its partners.

The integration is aimed at making employee lifecycle management, user provisioning and recognition workflows more connected, while reducing the need for manual data movement between HR and employee recognition systems.
