This development concludes the paperwork for all complaints filed at the Mumbai Naka police station, directly targeting a network of employees accused of exploiting their colleagues.
The filings follow a massive, 1,500-page foundational chargesheet submitted on May 22 regarding a distinct FIR at the Deolali Camp police station.
With these latest submissions, the cumulative documentation compiled by the SIT now exceeds 2,000 pages.

The Charges: Molestation, Coercion, and Forced Conversion at TCS
The SIT was established under Nashik Police Commissioner Sandeep Karnik after a string of complaints emerged from the IT major’s Nashik facility.
The newly filed chargesheets outline severe offenses under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the SC/ST (Atrocities Prevention) Act.
The independent filings cover allegations of sexual harassment, molestation, criminal intimidation, and deliberate attempts to hurt religious sentiments.
According to police reports, a group of accused individuals actively targeted young, vulnerable employees through an internal WhatsApp group.

Complainants revealed that they faced immense physical and psychological coercion, including pressure to adopt specific religious symbols, change dietary habits, and perform religious prayers inside the workplace.
Undercover Sting and Key Accused Named
The scale of the exploitation originally came to light following a meticulous 40-day undercover sting operation.
Female police officers posed as corporate housekeeping staff to gather undisputed internal evidence.
The latest chargesheets name several key individuals, including Danish Ejaz Sheikh, Tausif Bilal Attar, Shahrukh Husain Shaukat Qureshi, Raza Rafiq Memon, Ashwini Ashok Chainani, Shafi Bhikan Sheikh, and Nida Ejaz Khan.
To ensure an airtight prosecution, the SIT supported the chargesheets with digital chats, CCTV footage, and technical data, alongside formal statements from over 45 witnesses.
Concurrently, the police questioned political figures accused of harboring suspects.
AIMIM corporator Matin Patel underwent a grueling nine-hour interrogation for allegedly shielding Nida Khan while she evaded arrest, with a follow-up summons scheduled for June 1, 2026.
Meanwhile, the National Commission for Women (NCW) flagged severe violations of the POSH Act at the branch, labeling the workplace culture as “deeply toxic.”
TCS has suspended all accused personnel and reaffirmed a zero-tolerance policy toward workplace misconduct.
