The IT exporter confirmed it has proactively shared all necessary internal records and data logs with law enforcement authorities.
It also provided them with all relevant documentation.
However, citing the ongoing, sensitive nature of the police investigation, the firm explicitly declined to elaborate on the specific individual claims raised by the complainant.

The corporate controversy gained widespread attention after the former Hindu project manager organized a press conference alongside the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.
The complainant alleged that she endured roughly ten months of sustained mental torment spearheaded by a female colleague and her Bengaluru-based supervisor.
According to her formal complaint, she was repeatedly pressured to abandon her faith, convert to Islam, and enter into a personal relationship with a Muslim man under the lure of foreign job placements and a lavish lifestyle.
The victim further claimed that when she resisted these advances and escalated the matter internally, the Human Resources department and senior management allegedly colluded against her.
She alleged they locked her out of corporate systems, modified her laptop credentials, and manipulated a forced resignation during a Microsoft Teams meeting.
Through her legal team, she has served Wipro a legal notice demanding a formal written apology, instant reinstatement, and ₹50 lakh in damages.
Current Status of the Investigation
Hinjewadi Police Station Senior Police Inspector Balaji Pandhare confirmed that a comprehensive inquiry is currently underway.
Law enforcement officials are verifying the authenticity of the conversion allegations.
They have summoned the accused Bengaluru-based female manager to record her formal statement.
Investigators are also auditing Wipro’s compliance history regarding its internal Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) frameworks.
This audit aims to verify if the initial internal escalation was intentionally covered up.
