Announced on May 28, 2026, the collaboration aims to embed advanced automation into critical sectors, including IT, HR, procurement, and cybersecurity.
The initiative merges the ServiceNow AI Platform with Wipro Intelligence™, a unified suite of AI-powered platforms and solutions.
This integration will enable organizations to seamlessly initiate, orchestrate, and execute complex workflows across disparate enterprise systems, reducing manual coordination and minimizing operational handoffs.
Wipro Partners with ServiceNow: Targeted Solutions for Complex Workflows
The collaboration injects ServiceNow’s agentic AI capabilities into several specialized Wipro Intelligence™ offerings to address distinct business bottlenecks:
- SmartProcure: Standardizes intake, approval, and execution pathways to drastically improve cycle times in procurement workflows.
- Telco Autonomous Networks: Modernizes service operations by blending telecom-specific context with AI workflows to speed up network issue resolution.
- Cyber Transform: Enhances security operations by reinforcing vulnerability and incident response frameworks alongside strict compliance governance.
Malay Joshi, CEO of Wipro’s Americas 1 Strategic Market Unit, emphasized that the partnership bridges the gap between AI ambition and execution at scale through an industry-aligned, consulting-led approach.
