ICICI Lombard Elevates Dr. Swarnpreet Singh as AVP- HR & Campus Lead

Dr. Swarnpreet Singh has been elevated to AVP (HR) & Campus Lead at ICICI Lombard, marking another significant milestone in his leadership journey in talent acquisition and university relations.

In his expanded role, he will lead the organization’s campus hiring strategy, strengthen employer branding, build strategic academic partnerships, and drive early talent initiatives to develop a robust leadership pipeline aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Extensive Experience

With over 15 years of experience across campus recruitment, talent acquisition, university relations, employer branding, and HR strategy. Dr. Singh has established himself as a leader in building high-impact early career talent programs.

Prior to joining ICICI Lombard, he served as General Manager – Campus at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, where he led campus recruitment and university engagement initiatives.

Earlier, he held leadership positions at DLT Labs, IMT Ghaziabad, Great Place to Work® Institute (India), IMT Nagpur, IMS Ghaziabad, Amity University, and HDFC Bank.

Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and executed management trainee and internship programs, established Centres of Excellence, built long-term relationships with premier educational institutions, led employer branding campaigns, and developed talent acquisition strategies that support business growth. 

He holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA from Amity University, is a Delhi University graduate, and a certified career coach committed to impactful campus engagement, employer branding, mentorship, and helping students build meaningful careers.
