Saiyam Jain Appointed India HR Head at Foxconn

Saiyam Jain has joined Foxconn as India HR Head. He joins after nearly four years with Hero FinCorp.

In his new role, Saiyam will be part of Foxconn’s India HR leadership, bringing experience across rewards, people analytics, workforce planning, HR technology, performance management and HR transformation.

Extensive Experience

Before joining Foxconn, Saiyam was with Hero FinCorp for nearly four years, where he most recently served as Head – Rewards and People Analytics.

He earlier worked as Lead – Total Rewards and People Analytics and Senior Manager – Organisation Effectiveness and Rewards CoE.

At Hero FinCorp, Saiyam worked on compensation and rewards, employee stock options and long-term incentives, job evaluation, workforce planning and HR analytics. His profile also mentions work on Darwinbox implementation and HR analytics through Anaplan.

Before Hero FinCorp, Saiyam spent nearly one year with PeopleStrong as Manager and earlier served as Assistant Manager – Performance.

His work covered campus recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR operations, payroll, employee engagement and HR automation.

He previously spent nearly three years with Capgemini as an HR Consultant. His experience there included performance management, career development, learning analytics, HR technology and workforce initiatives.

Earlier, he held internship roles at Publicis.Sapient, WNS Global Services, Landmark Group and Consolidated Retail.

Saiyam holds an MBA in Human Resources from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.
