Prasad Kulkarni joins The Citco Group of Companies as Senior Vice President – HR Business Excellence, based out of Pune, Maharashtra. The Citco Group of Companies is a privately owned global hedge fund administrator headquartered in the British Virgin Islands, founded in 1948.

Prior to joining CITCO, most recently Prasad has worked with Accelya as Vice President – HR Operations. He has over two decades of experience across Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, BFSI industries.

He has extensive experience in leading Operations & Shared Services, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Technology function. Prasad has worked in a multicultural environment for global delivery models & collaborated across geographies.

Earlier he was associated with companies like Fleetguard, HSBC, Bank of Newyork Mellon, and Raymond.

Prasad is commerce graduate and holds masters degree in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
