Hyderabad-based tech and consulting firm Aza Consulting Services officially launched an exclusive “Green EV Policy” for its workforce.
Under the newly unveiled green energy framework, the company is extending direct cash incentives and subsidies to employees who transition away from conventional petrol or diesel vehicles to buy electric vehicles (EVs).
Direct Cash Subsidies and Macroeconomic Pressures
The firm’s financial incentive structure provides a direct cash subsidy of ₹10,000 for any employee purchasing a new electric four-wheeler.
Meanwhile, staff members choosing to buy an electric two-wheeler, such as an e-bike or e-scooter, will receive an immediate cash support payout of ₹5,000.
Aza Consulting Services indicated that the timing of the policy is deeply tied to global macroeconomic concerns.
Management cited growing fears of fuel supply disruptions, volatile global crude prices, and potential energy shortages linked directly to ongoing geopolitical tensions in West Asia.
By offering immediate cash subsidies, the corporate leadership aims to shield its employees from fluctuating fuel expenditures while trimming the company’s aggregate commuter carbon footprint.

Responding to PM Modi’s Green Mobilization Call
The corporate green initiative directly responds to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s nationwide appeal urging citizens and corporations to minimize fossil fuel consumption.
Alongside the one-time monetary rewards, Aza Consulting Services has urged its employees to adopt structured carpooling habits and utilize Hyderabad’s public mass transit systems, including the Metro and public buses.
To lead the transition by example, the firm’s management confirmed it has systematically upgraded its internal corporate fleet.
The company has already procured a lineup of dedicated electric cars and scooters to manage day-to-day office logistics and operations.
Hyderabad Tech Company Spurring a Corporate Sustainability Trend
The announcement has drawn widespread praise across Telangana’s corporate and IT ecosystems.
Industry insiders believe Aza’s tactical green layout will serve as an actionable blueprint.
This model could encourage other technology and software enterprises in HITEC City and Gachibowli to unveil similar financial rewards.
Employees have actively welcomed the initiative.
They note that the cash subsidies, paired with ongoing fuel savings, create a compelling financial case to embrace sustainable transit.
