HR Intern

The company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Intern to support the HR Leader in the Aerospace Company based in Yelahanka, Bangalore, India.

The internship will be for 6 months and is open to candidates from reputed Tier I Institutes like TISS, XLRI, XIME, or equivalent.

This position offers a monthly stipend; providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in the HR domain within the Aerospace industry.

The HR Intern is required to work in the office for at least 3 days a week. The specific schedule will be discussed and agreed upon with the HR Leader to ensure a balanced work-life arrangement.

Finance Intern

The company is seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Intern to join our team for a 3-to-6-month internship. The intern will work closely with the FP&A professional and assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or completed MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Power BI skills will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
