HCLTech Opens AMP Programme for Campus Hiring; Offers Packages up to ₹10 LPA

HCLTech has announced the opening of applications for campus hiring programmes, inviting engineering graduates, MBA and PGDM students, graduates, and specialised professionals to apply for a wide range of entry-level roles across the company.

The hiring initiative is aimed at fresh talent looking to start their careers in technology, business, finance, human resources, legal, research, and other corporate functions.

AMP-Up Your Start

For engineering graduates, HCLTech has introduced its AMP (Ascend, Momentum and Polaris) programme, which offers three career tracks based on candidates’ performance during the recruitment process. The programme is designed to recognise high-performing candidates and provide faster career growth from the beginning.

Under the AMP programme, the salary structure includes:

• Ascend: ₹4.5 lakh per annum
• Momentum: ₹6 lakh per annum
• Polaris: ₹10 lakh per annum

For candidates joining locations such as Lucknow, Nagpur, Vijayawada and Madurai, the Ascend package is ₹3.75 lakh per annum.

Requirements

The company said engineering candidates will go through an assessment process that includes cognitive ability, coding and English communication tests, followed by technical and HR interviews. Eligible candidates may also receive pre-joining training to help them prepare for their roles before joining the company.

Apart from engineering roles, HCLTech is also hiring management graduates for positions in sales, business analysis, product management and go-to-market functions. Graduates from streams such as BBA, BCom, BCA, BSc and BPharma can apply for trainee roles across finance, HR, technology projects, compliance and business operations.

The company is also inviting applications from Chartered Accountants, law graduates and PhD holders for specialised positions across its business.
