Wipro Opens Hiring for BCA and B.Sc Graduates, Apply by June 30

Wipro Limited has announced the launch of applications for its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) 2026, a flagship initiative that enables graduates to gain professional work experience while pursuing a higher education degree sponsored by the company.

The program is open to BCA and B.Sc graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches and is designed to help students build careers in the technology sector while continuing their academic journey through an M.Tech program offered in partnership with a premier educational institution in India.

Bridging Education and Employment

WILP has emerged as one of Wipro’s key talent development initiatives, combining employment with structured learning.

Selected candidates will join the company as Scholar Trainees, gaining exposure to real-world technology projects, professional mentoring, and continuous skill development.

The program reflects the growing industry trend of integrating academic learning with workplace experience, helping graduates become job-ready while earning a steady income.

Compensation and Benefits

Wipro has outlined a progressive stipend structure for participants throughout the duration of the program:

  • First Year: ₹15,000 per month plus ESI benefits
  • Second Year: ₹17,000 per month plus ESI benefits
  • Third Year: ₹19,000 per month plus ESI benefits
  • Fourth Year: ₹23,000 per month

In addition, selected candidates will receive a joining bonus of ₹75,000 along with their first month’s stipend.

Eligibility Requirements

The program is open to candidates who have completed BCA or B.Sc degrees in streams such as:

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Applications
  • Information Technology
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Electronics
  • Physics

Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA in graduation and should have studied Core Mathematics as a subject during their degree program.

Candidates with one active backlog at the time of assessment may apply, provided it is cleared within the prescribed timeline.

Selection Process

The recruitment process comprises three stages:

  • Online Assessment covering verbal, analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills
  • Voice Assessment to evaluate English communication proficiency
  • Business Discussion with hiring teams

Candidates who complete the process will receive a Letter of Intent, followed by pre-skilling training and assessment before the final offer is issued.

Application Deadline

Interested candidates can apply through the Wipro Portal. Applications open until June 30, 2026.
