Nestle to Launch a New GCC in Hyderabad, Partners with Genpact

Nestle Business Solutions (NBS) on Monday said it will establish a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad in partnership with Genpact.

Genpact will contribute process intelligence and expertise in data, AI and automation to help Nestle simplify, standardise and scale its business services. NBS is the shared-services arm of the Nestlé Group.

The packaged-food major said the Hyderabad GCC marks an important step in strengthening its global business services network and building future-ready capabilities.

The move is intended to broaden the range of services NBS can provide across geographies while reinforcing the company’s long-term commitment to India’s growth story.
Hyderabad was chosen for its strong technology ecosystem, robust infrastructure, and rising reputation as a global capability destination.
According to the company, the new centre will combine domain expertise with process intelligence, data, AI, automation and digital operations capabilities.
The objective is to enhance performance, resilience and consistency across Nestlé’s global operations by driving greater efficiency, standardisation and measurable business impact.
The centre will also focus on scaling repeatable processes and embedding automation to reduce cycle times and improve service quality.
