Resonia Ltd. Appoints Siemens Veteran Aditya Mittal as CFO

Resonia Ltd., a premier player in the power transmission infrastructure sector, has officially appointed Aditya Mittal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Aditya will operate out of the company’s Mumbai office, reporting directly to CEO Prashant Sinha.

The appointment comes as the firm enters a critical phase of scaling its operations and enhancing its financial governance.

A Legacy of Global Finance Leadership

Aditya Mittal brings nearly twenty years of high-level experience to Resonia.

His career is distinguished by a deep expertise in strategic finance, performance controlling, and Profit & Loss (P&L) management.

Having worked across diverse sectors—including energy, infrastructure, metals, and manufacturing—Aditya has managed complex financial environments across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Prior to this role, Aditya spent over 15 years at Siemens and Siemens Energy.

In his most recent tenure as Finance Head for Grid Solutions at Siemens Energy, he was instrumental in achieving a staggering fourfold business growth over just two years.

His efforts there focused on finance transformation, utilizing digitalization, standardization, and the outsourcing of key processes to drive efficiency.

Resonia Ltd. Strengthening Financial Discipline for Future Scale

CEO Prashant Sinha highlighted that Aditya joins the leadership team at a time when financial clarity is paramount.

“Aditya’s global experience and ability to navigate complex business environments will add significant strength to our team,” Prashant remarked, emphasizing that Aditya will be vital in strengthening governance and informed decision-making.

Academic and Early Career Foundation

Aditya has been a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ramjas College and an MBA from Friedrich–Alexander University.

He began his professional journey at Ernst & Young, specializing in assurance and advisory, before moving into strategic finance at QAI India Limited.

This rigorous foundation has equipped him with the diverse skill set necessary to lead the financial operations of a major infrastructure entity.
