Global data-security leader Seclore has successfully concluded the 2026 edition of its flagship employee wellness program, “Catch’em.”
The decade-old initiative has evolved into a cornerstone of the company’s corporate culture, uniquely bridging the gap between individual physical health and community welfare.
Record Participation and Global Reach
This year’s campaign saw a surge in engagement, with 30% to 40% of Seclore’s global workforce participating across various geographies.
Employees engaged in a diverse range of 1,001 fitness activities—including running, walking, and cycling—collectively covering a staggering 6,244 kilometers.
The program is designed to move beyond traditional “step challenges” by gamifying fitness and fostering a sense of shared purpose among remote and office-based teams.
By encouraging daily activity, Seclore aims to combat the sedentary lifestyle often associated with the tech industry while strengthening bonds across its international offices.

The Pragati Project: Fitness with a Purpose
What sets “Catch’em” apart is its direct link to social impact.
Every kilometer logged by an employee translates into tangible financial support for the Pragati Project, a community initiative run in partnership with a non-profit organization.
This year, the collective energy of the workforce provided critical funding for the education and nutrition of underprivileged children.
Shraddha Reghe, Vice President of People Practices at Seclore, highlighted that the program is crafted to “turn intent into action.”
By aligning personal health goals with meaningful societal outcomes, the company ensures that employee engagement remains high and purpose-driven.
Seclore Building a Resilient Corporate Culture
Tech professionals face high stress and burnout in the current era. Seclore’s approach improves employee well-being while fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibility goals.
The steady participation over the last ten years demonstrates how such initiatives can build lasting institutional pride and a resilient, health-conscious workforce.
