Coforge Appoints Srijit Sen as Head- Talent Acquisition for BPS

Coforge has appointed Srijit Sen as Head of Talent Acquisition, Coforge – BPS, based in Pune. He has taken up the new role in August 2026.

In his new role, Srijit will be responsible for talent acquisition for Coforge’s BPS business, covering hiring requirements and recruitment operations across the business process services segment.

Extensive Experience

Srijit brings more than two decades of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR across IT services, business process services, and other industries.

Before joining Coforge, he spent nearly four years at EXL, where he most recently served as Senior Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition. He had earlier held the role of Assistant Vice President – Talent Acquisition at the company.

Before EXL, he spent nearly five years with Infosys BPO as Practice Lead – HR. His responsibilities covered HR and recruitment-related functions within the business process services environment.

Earlier, Srijit worked with Allegis Global Solutions in recruitment operations, serving as Site Head – Recruitment Operations and Service Delivery Lead. His assignments included recruitment operations for Deutsche Bank in Mumbai and Credit Suisse in Pune.

He also worked with HSBC as Manager – Human Resources and with Convergys, where he handled recruitment for IT and non-IT requirements and leadership hiring.

His career began with Genpact, where he held several hiring and HR roles, followed by an early role as Process Associate at GECIS in accounts receivable.

Srijit completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management from IHM Ahmedabad.
