HighRadius Appoints Suman Lakkimsetty as Director – Talent Acquisition

HighRadius has appointed Suman Lakkimsetty as Director – Talent Acquisition. He returns to the company after serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Darwinbox.

The new role will involve leading talent acquisition activities, supporting hiring requirements, and working with business teams to strengthen recruitment processes. Suman will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Extensive Experience

Suman brings nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across the IT and technology sectors. Before joining HighRadius, he worked at Darwinbox as a Talent Acquisition Leader for over three years, from 2022 to 2025.

He previously spent more than seven years at HighRadius, where Suman held the positions of Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager – TAG and Manager – TAG. During this period, he handled recruitment responsibilities across different levels.

Earlier, he worked as Assistant Manager – Recruitment at Kony Labs for over three years. His professional experience also includes recruitment roles at Oracle India and Intelligroup, an NTT DATA company.

At Intelligroup, he worked as Deputy Manager – Recruitment and was involved in recruitment and resource management for Infrastructure Management Services.

He began her career at Keane, an NTT DATA company, as Executive – Global Resource Management, supporting recruitment for the IT infrastructure practice.

Suman holds an MBA/PGDBM in Human Resources from SNCPS, completed between 2004 and 2006. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University.
