HCCB Appoints Pooja Bedi as General Counsel & Company Secretary

Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB), one of India’s leading non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverage companies, has appointed Pooja Bedi as General Counsel & Company Secretary.

Pooja brings over 25 years of legal and business leadership experience across the FMCG, alcobev, healthcare and technology sectors, with experience in India and international markets.

She joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she served as Chief Counsel – India. She has previously held senior legal and compliance leadership roles at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev and Pernod Ricard.

A lawyer, Fellow Company Secretary and Executive MBA graduate from CEIBS, Shanghai, Pooja has advised Boards, CEOs and senior leadership teams on legal, governance and compliance matters across complex and regulated business environments.

Her experience includes corporate governance, risk and compliance, regulatory matters, business transformation and strategic advisory. She combines legal expertise with an understanding of business and commercial requirements.

Role at HCCB

In her new role, Pooja will lead HCCB’s Legal, Compliance and Secretarial functions. She will work closely with the Board and leadership team on governance, regulatory matters and corporate compliance.
