Capgemini Elevates Shweta Dutt as Director – AI & Transformation

Capgemini has elevated Shweta Dutt to the role of AI Transformation Director in September 2026, following her experience in AI transformation, delivery management and technology architecture.

In her new role, Shweta will focus on AI transformation initiatives, helping organisations adopt AI-led solutions and improve business and technology processes. Her responsibilities build on her experience in delivery management, automation and digital transformation.

Extensive Experience

Shweta has over 21 years of experience in technology, delivery management, automation and transformation, with professional experience at Capgemini and Infosys.

She joined Capgemini in 2021 as Senior Delivery Manager and spent around two years in the role. She later took on the position of AI & Transformation Leader in 2024, working on AI-focused initiatives in Bengaluru. In September 2026, she moved into the role of AI Transformation Director.

Before Capgemini, Shweta spent over 16 years at Infosys as Senior Architect. During her tenure, she worked on technology and transformation projects for banking and telecom clients across India, the United States and the United Kingdom.

At Infosys, she served as an Automation and Innovation Leader for a major UK-based bank, where she worked on core banking delivery and digital transformation. She also managed automation initiatives for a US-based bank, including training and deploying teams on RPA Blue Prism.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Test Manager, Consultant and Lead/ Analyst/ Engineer. Her experience included cryptographic services, payment and PIN testing, enterprise asset management and telecom product launches. She received recognition for delivery excellence and a client excellence award.

Shweta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from ITM University, Gurgaon.
