Satin Creditcare Network Appoints Paramjit Singh Nayyar as CHRO

Satin Creditcare Network Limited has appointed Paramjit Singh Nayyar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, Nayyar will lead the company’s human resources function. As CHRO, Nayyar will be responsible for leading the company’s HR priorities and supporting its workforce and organisational needs.

Extensive Expereince

He brings over 26 years of experience across telecommunications, engineering and financial services.

Before joining Satin Creditcare, Nayyar served as CHRO at Hero Housing Finance, part of Hero FinCorp. He has held senior HR roles at Bharti AXA General Insurance, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, Bharti Airtel, Triveni Engineering & Industries and Aditya Birla Group.

His experience covers several sectors, including non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), housing finance, general insurance and health insurance. Over the course of his career, Nayyar has worked across different HR leadership roles, gaining experience in people management and business-focused HR functions.

With his experience across financial services and other industries, Nayyar brings a mix of sector knowledge and HR leadership to his new role at Satin Creditcare.
