Alight Solutions appoints Michael Rogers as Chief Human Resources Officer

Alight Solutions, a leader in technology-enabled health, wealth, and human capital management solutions, announced that Michael Rogers has been appointed as chief human resources officer.

Rogers was most recently chief people officer of NGA Human Resources until the close of Alight’s acquisition of the business in late 2019. In addition, he has also held key HR leadership roles at Vistaprint, Travelocity, and Cisco.

Announcing the appointment Stephan Scholl, CEO Alright Solutions said, “From the day I met him, Michael has constantly been challenging the norms and making sure the voices of Alight Solutions’ colleagues are amplified. I love his passion for transformation and know it will serve our people well as we continue our journey.”
