Syngenta Group elevates Armaan Seth as Global Head- HR at Syngenta Crop Protection from his most recent role as Head-HR for the Asia & Pacific region.

In his new role, he is leading the People function for Global Syngenta Crop Protection, a 15 billion$ revenue Business unit of Syngenta Group.

Alumni of XLRI Jamshedpur, Armaan is an international HR Leader with almost 2 decades of experience gained across multiple industries; Agriculture, Medical Devices, Consumer Durables, and FMCG. He lived and worked in Switzerland, Singapore, Netherlands, US, India, and various business cycles.

Armaan joined Syngenta Group in 2020, and prior to this, he was associated with Philips India as Senior Director Human Resources for 9 years.

At Philips, he worked in various leadership roles in different geographies and managed HR for Global Functions (Amsterdam), Global Solutions and Services Business (Amsterdam & Boston) and he led HR for the Indian Subcontinent in time with Philips.
