Essar Projects ropes in Ex- Accenture MD- HR, Dr. Tanaya Mishra as Head-Human Resources

Dr. Tanaya Mishra has joined Essar Projects Ltd. (EPL), Dubai as Head-Human Resources. In her new role, she will be responsible for re-imagining leadership and talent practices to create the most thriving work culture for the project portfolio.

Tanaya is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of rich and diverse experience, having worked across industries like Manufacturing, Retail, Insurance, and IT/ITES.

Prior to joining Essar Projects, Dubai, Tanaya worked with Accenture as MD-Human Resources (APAC) for three & a half years and earlier to this, she was associated with big companies like SBI Life Insurance, Shoppers Stop Ltd, ACC Concrete Ltd, DHL and JSW in key leadership roles.

She has been recognized as among Asia’s 40 Most Aspirational Women Leaders (2018) and was conferred with India’s Best CHRO Award in 2017.

Tanaya has done LL.B, Master’s degree in PMIR and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Manpower Planning from Utkal University.
