IIFL Finance appoints Richa Sachdeva Chatterjee as President & CHRO

India Infoline Finance Ltd (IIFL Finance) has announced the appointment of Richa Sachdeva Chatterjee as President & Chief Human Resources Officer.

Richa is a seasoned HR leader who draws on her 16 years of deep functional experience across diverse HR roles. Prior to this, she was head of HR at Network18’s digital, print and publishing businesses, preceded by senior roles at Viacom18, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Tata Motors.

Nirmal Jain, Founder, and Chairman of IIFL Group said, Richa with her vast experience across diverse industries and work cultures will drive the talent strategy of IIFL Finance to enable the company enter the next orbit of growth.

She has done her MBA in HR from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, and BA in Mathematics (Honours) from Lady Shriram College (LSR) College in Delhi.

Richa is a certified coach and has received the prestigious ‘India HR 40 under 40 Award’. She is a trusted advisor to senior leaders and believes in effectively aligning people strategies with business objectives.
