Prior to joining Tata AIG Jitesh has been working with Edelweiss General Insurance Company Limited as Chief Human Resource Officer for the last two and a half years.
Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is a joint venture between the Tata Group and the American International Group (AIG). Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited celebrated 18 years of service this year (2019) since it commenced operations on January 22, 2001.
Jitesh is a passionate HR professional with over two decades of experience in human resources in all facets of HR. Earlier to Edelweiss Jitesh has also worked with IndusInd Bank as SVP & HR Business Partner, Consumer Banking, ICICI Lombard as Vice President -HR and Reliance General Insurance as Dy. Manager- HR. Jitesh started his career from Gati Limited a Manager- HR in 1996.
Jitesh graduated in Science and Mathematics from Delhi University and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
