Wipro Enterprises appoints Vikrant Gupta as CHRO

Wipro Enterprises Limited has appointed Vikrant Gupta as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Vikrant has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Wipro Enterprises Limited!”

He is an HR professional with expertise across industries like services, manufacturing, retail, and technology. He has worked in and led teams across different geographies and cultures: the US, Australia, Hungary, China, SEA (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), and Germany.

He has nearly 22 years of extensive experience in HR Business Partner Roles, Recruiting, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, financial auditing, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to Wipro Enterprises Limited, he was associated with Apna as a Human Resource professional. His earlier stints include working with HARMAN International, Beyond Digital – HCL, Accenture, Nike, GE Healthcare, and L&T.

He holds his Master’s in HR from Symbiosis International University and completed his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
