EPFO: EPS’95 pensioners can submit life certificates anytime

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has recently announced that has brought relief to lakhs of pensioners.

EPFO has stated that Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) 95 pensioners can submit their life certificates at any time that is valid for one year from the date of submission.

There are various methods that the pensioners can also submit their life certificates which includes digitally at a pension disbursing bank, common service centre (CSC), post office, or the nearest EPFO office.

EPS’95 Pensioners can now submit Life Certificate at any time which will be valid for 1 year from date of submission.

The Umang App also provides the option to upload their life certificate without any problems.

“Dear EPS’95 pensioners, is your life certificate expiring?” EPFO stated.

“Now members can submit a life certificate at any time which will be valid for 1 year from the date of submission,” EPFO said.

The Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS) nomination can be done through the official website of the Employees’ Provident Fund which is-epfindia.gov.in. The EFPO has mentioned a list of required documents for the pensioners to be submitted with their life certificates.

The document includes Pension Payment Order (PPO), Aadhaar number, bank account details, and a valid mobile number linked with the Aadhaar Card.
