Accenture to Launch New Hyderabad Campus with 10.16 Lakh Sq Ft Office Lease

Accenture has leased approximately 10.16 lakh sq ft of commercial office space in Hyderabad’s Kondapur area in a 10-year agreement valued at over ₹1,000 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The transaction marks one of the largest office leasing deals in the city’s recent commercial real estate history.

The leased space is located in Aparna Technopolis, a major commercial project developed by Aparna IT Hub LLP in Hyderabad’s western corridor.

The agreement covers office space spread across multiple floors—specifically from the 1st to 11th floors in Block A and 2nd to 11th floors in Block B of the development.

The total leased area stands at around 10,16,912 sq ft, which includes both office and allied facilities. As part of the agreement, Accenture has also secured 996 dedicated parking slots, including 976 for office use and 20 reserved for cafeteria operations.

The lease was officially registered on June 10, 2026, between Aparna IT Hub LLP (lessor) and Accenture Solutions Private Limited (lessee).

Hyderabad’s momentum is further supported by new GCC entries, including reports of French beauty major L’Oréal setting up operations in the city, reinforcing its status as a global innovation and enterprise hub.
