Paytm allows its employees to WFH, or Anywhere, jobs aspirants can apply

Indian digital payments and financial services company Paytm has allowed its employees to Work from Home or Anywhere for specific categories like tech, product, and business.

This working module started when the world was going through a pandemic. However, it is announced at times when most companies are calling back their employees to work from Office.

On social media platform Twitter, Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Paytm’s Chief said, “We at Paytm allow you to work from home or anywhere for the product, tech, and business roles”

Vijay also shared an animated video that shows the routine of the employees going to office for work.

Vijay also invited applications from the job aspirates on social media and said, “Check out: https://paytm.com/careers/ and join the team that has revolutionised India’s payments for good.”

Furthermore, he encouraged everyone to join the company which “revolutionised India’s payments for good.”

Similarly, in the month of March, Meshoo has supported the Work From Anywhere model, and Vidit Aatrey, Founder & CEO of Meesho has said, “Leaders need to acknowledge that employees’ psychological & physical safety is more important than their location of work.”

“It’s less about the place & more about people’s potential and convenience.” He has added.
