Aditya Infotech Appoints Ravi Chopra as Group CHRO & President

Aditya Infotech, the company behind CP PLUS, has appointed Ravi Chopra as Group CHRO and President.

In his new role, Ravi will work on the company’s people strategy, business partnering, and organisational priorities, while supporting workforce planning, culture, and leadership development across the organisation.

Extensive Experience

Ravi joins Aditya Infotech after serving as Group CHRO at Merino Group for over three years, from 2023 to 2026. At Merino, he was responsible for the group HR function, bringing experience in HR strategy and change management.

Before Merino, Ravi was Group CHRO at Hero Motors Company for over a year. He led HR for businesses covering bicycles, e-bikes and automotive components.

He previously spent nearly five years as Vice President & Head – HR at Orient Electric, where he handled HR for the CK Birla Group company. His work included culture and people development across a business covering fans, lighting, home appliances and switchgears.

Ravi spent nearly 12 years with Samsung Electronics, progressing to Director – HR. His responsibilities covered corporate HR, regional HR, HR business partnering and HR operations.

He began his career with Hero MotoCorp as Senior Officer – HR and later worked with Gillette India’s Duracell division as Senior Executive – HR and Jindal Stainless as Assistant Manager – HR.

Overall, he brings more than 25 years of HR experience across automotive, consumer electronics, electrical products, and manufacturing.

Ravi holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Jamia Millia University and a PGDBM in HR from BIMTECH.
