Godrej Agrovet appoints Anushree Singh as CHRO

Godrej Agrovet has appointed Anushree Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 7, 2026.

In her new role, Anushree will lead the people strategy, strengthen organisational capabilities, develop talent and support the company in building a future-ready organisation aligned with its growth plans.

Extensive Experience

Anushree brings more than two decades of HR experience across energy, chemicals, manufacturing, telecom, banking and diversified businesses.

Most recently, she served as CHRO at JSW Energy for nearly two years. She joined the company in October 2024 as Head-HR and was part of its senior management team.

Before JSW Energy, Anushree spent nearly two years at Avery Dennison, where she served as Global HR Director – Aftermarket Business & Global Finance, Solutions Group.

Earlier, she worked at AkzoNobel for about three years as CHRO, India Sub-continent, followed by a global project role focused on employee value proposition.

Her earlier association with Avery Dennison lasted around five years across two stints. She served as CHRO, Label & Graphic Materials, South Asia, and earlier as HR Business Partner, Commercial & Enabling Functions, South Asia.

Anushree also spent nearly three years with the Aditya Birla Group’s Pulp & Fibre Business, serving as Assistant General Manager-HR and Deputy General Manager roles.

Earlier, she worked with Aircel, Xerox and Standard Chartered Investments and Loans, beginning her HR career in 2005.

She holds a PGDBM in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University.
