ANAND Group Appoints Yatendra Jain as Corporate Head – HR

ANAND Group India has appointed Yatendra Jain as Corporate Head of Human Resources, where he will lead the COE for Direct Workforce at the corporate level.

In his new role, Jain will work on workforce planning, employee relations, HR processes, talent management, labour compliance, HR systems, analytics and workforce-related initiatives across the group.

Extensive Experience

Jain brings more than two decades of HR experience across the automotive, manufacturing, infrastructure, power and services sectors. Prior to joining ANAND Group, he was associated with Escorts Kubota as Head – ER & HRD for nearly two years.

His responsibilities included workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, union engagement, contract labour management, compliance, performance management, HR analytics and HR digitisation.

Before that, he spent more than eight years with Shriram Pistons & Rings as Head – HRD & IR. He handled HR planning, employee relations, industrial relations, manpower planning, compliance, contract labour and HR systems.

Earlier, Jain served as Group Director – Human Resources at JOTNA Nigeria for nearly two years, working on HR and people matters across international operations.

He was also General Manager – Corporate HR at Lite Bite Foods, a Dabur Group company, for nearly two years, handling HR across India and other markets.

Jain earlier worked as Head – Corporate HR at Lanco Babandh Power, Deputy Manager – HR at DENSO and Officer – HRD at Knorr-Bremse India. His experience includes greenfield projects, union relations, HR operations and workforce management.

Jain holds an MSW in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, and a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD.
