Bacardi appoints Radhika Tomar as HR Director India & SEA

The world’s largest privately held international spirits company, Bacardi has appointed Radhika Tomar as HR Director India & SEA.

Radhika brings extensive industrial experience, accumulating over 18 years in the field. Before joining Bacardi, she served as the HR Director for India and Interim Global Talent Management Director at Kimberly-Clark, where she worked for over two years.

She previously spent her career spanning over four years at Dyson, holding various leadership roles. Her last position was Global Head – Learning & Development and Early Careers.

Additionally, Radhika’s earlier stints include working with leading organizations such as Microsoft, McKinsey & Company, and Aon Hewitt.

She holds her Master’s in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed her bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College.

Founded more than 162 years ago in Santiago de Cuba, family-owned Bacardi Limited currently employs approximately 9,000, operates production facilities in 11 countries and territories, and sells its brands in more than 160 markets.
