Bajaj Capital Appoints Jai Bajaj as MD and Chief Executive Officer

Financial services firm Bajaj Capital has appointed Jai Bajaj as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

Krishna Giri has joined Bajaj Capital as Head of Wealth Products. Bringing extensive experience in investment products and wealth management, he will be responsible for strengthening the company’s product strategy, enhancing investment solutions, and expanding advisory capabilities.

Vishvender Singh has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Bajaj Capital. With nearly 12 years of experience spanning wealth management, fintech, and digital financial platforms, he will lead the company’s brand transformation, digital growth initiatives, customer acquisition strategies, and next-generation customer engagement programs aimed at deepening customer relationships.

Gaurav Gupta has joined Bajaj Capital as Head of Data Science. Leveraging his expertise in data science, analytics, and artificial intelligence, he will focus on building advanced data intelligence capabilities, driving AI-led personalization, and developing insights-driven customer experiences.
