Deloitte India gets Agniwesh Thakur as Director- Human Capital

An audit, consulting, advisory, and tax services firm, Deloitte India appoints Agniwesh Thakur as Director- Human Capital Advisory Services.

In this role, Agniwesh Thakur will be responsible to lead HR technology transformation for the client organizations. He will be based in Gurgaon.

Agniwesh has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director, Consulting – Human Capital Transformation at Deloitte!”

Before joining Deloitte India, Agniwesh was Vice President, Human Capital Management with Accenture. Earlier, he worked with Dr. Reddy’s Lab and Infosys and comes with rich experience in HR technology transformation and brings diverse expertise in designing HRIT Systems.

He is also on NHRDN Board at Young talent council and lead and Secretary for NHRDN Delhi NCR Chapter. He has co-founded an NGO in Hyderabad called Kadam Public Charitable trust for education slum-dwelling children. He is currently on the advisory board of many business schools.

Agniwesh drives and designs digital Human Capital Management transformation for organizations. He has nearly two decades of experience. He helps in digital HR transformation by simplifying HR processes to enhance employee experience.

He has consulted, advised, and implemented HRIT solutions for various industries globally. He is actively involved with CSR and helped many NGOs in executing their projects. He supports in the development of HR capabilities at various Business Schools.

Agniwesh is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and Savitribai Phule Pune University. He completed his bachelor’s from Delhi University.
