ENPRO Industries Elevates Ranjeet Singh as Chief HR Officer
ENPRO Industries has announced the elevation of Ranjeet Singh to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), from his most recent role as General Manager – HR.

In his expanded leadership role, Ranjeet has been instrumental in integrating safety and CSR priorities into core business operations while driving structured talent development initiatives. His approach has focused on building a high-performance culture supported by process efficiency, compliance discipline, and employee-centric policies.
Extensive Experience
Ranjeet joined ENPRO Industries in 2021 as General Manager – Human Resources and quickly expanded his mandate to include oversight of HR, Administration, Safety, CSR, and Business Excellence functions.
Over the past five years, he has played a central role in strengthening workforce capability, improving employee engagement frameworks, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Before joining ENPRO, Ranjeet served as Deputy General Manager – HR at Sudarshan Chemical Industries, where he led talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and structured reward and recognition systems. He also contributed to workforce planning and leadership pipeline development.
Earlier, he spent over eight years with Tata Steel in multiple HR leadership roles spanning talent acquisition, business HR partnering, industrial relations, and organizational restructuring. His experience also includes HR and administrative leadership at Parryware Roca, where he managed plant-level HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and employee engagement systems.
An MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Bangalore University, Ranjeet brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
