Honeywell appoints Sumedha Pal Parmar as Head- HR, India

Honeywell, a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina elevates Sumedha Pal Parmar as Head of HR, India. In her new role, she will be responsible for the entire gamut of People and Culture functions for India Operations.

Most recently, Sumedha was working as Sr. Director Talent Acquisition & Diversity with Honeywell. She was responsible for providing HR leadership across all sites of Honeywell technologies in India. She was managing the designing and executing people strategies focusing on Leadership, talent, and culture to meet the business-specific needs of the region and more than 5500 employees.

Sumedha has been working with the company for more than 16 years. She started her career with Honeywell in 2004 and has held multiple roles at the local and global levels.

She has completed her PGD in Personnel Management from XISS, Ranchi. She is passionate about inclusion, employee productivity and leadership development.
