IKS Health Appoints Arun Nair as Vice President – HR

IKS Health has reappointed Arun Nair as Vice President – Human Resources, marking his return to the company after earlier leadership roles in talent acquisition.

In his new role, Arun will lead HR for IKS Health’s Ambulatory Business Unit, covering HR business partnering, talent acquisition, leadership development, internal mobility and organisational capability building.

Extensive Experience

Arun brings over 20 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, technology hiring and healthcare services.

Before taking up his new role, he served as Head – Global Talent Acquisition & Retention at Rubicon Research for two years, where he led hiring across India, the US, Canada and emerging markets.

He earlier spent over two years at IKS Health as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition, following a six-year stint with the company as Director – Talent Acquisition, Leadership, Strategic Hiring and Special Projects.

His work at IKS Health included leadership recruitment, technology hiring, healthcare hiring, and specialist recruitment.

Before rejoining IKS Health in 2022, Arun was Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at CitiusTech, handling technology leadership and campus hiring.

Earlier, he spent more than eight years with Bellsoft Inc. as Senior Resource Manager – Pharma/Medical Device. His career also includes roles at Respondez, US Medical Billing Company, Tranquilmoney and Vision Health Source.

Arun holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University. He also completed a Design Thinking for Innovation certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
